How to Claim Profile ?

• Create your Complete Profile as a Doctor and add your Practice Details
• Must upload PMDC certificate pic to Claim a profile
• Open the profile to be claimed and Choose Claim option
• We will review details and if claim found correct , old profile will be deleted
• Continue using new Profile you made.
